Out of necessity comes invention, especially when it involves your child’s health. When her son was diagnosed with coeliac disease almost 15 years ago, Robyn Walton, owner and founder of Live Free Gluten Free, had trouble finding Gluten Free food that was affordable and convenient – especially for school lunches for a football-playing, 10-year-old schoolboy. After trying many Gluten Free products, Robyn set out to develop a Gluten Free bread mix that was both delicious to eat and easy to cook. Her aim was to provide the best possible Gluten Free diet for her son – and to help other people to do the same.


Using only natural ingredients, the Live Free Gluten Free Bread Mix is not only gluten free, it is also free of eggs and dairy products. It has become a popular choice for people with a gluten intolerance, as well as vegans and those looking to remove both lactose and gluten from their diets (or "Gluten Free'rs as we call them). For Robyn, the real measure of the success of the Live Free Gluten Free Bread Mix is the feedback she gets from the many other mothers that she meets – many have said that the Live Free Gluten Free Bread Mix was the first gluten freeproduct they have found that tastes just like ‘real bread’. 


Over the last few years, Robyn has developed two other Gluten Free products – Gluten Free Pastry Mix and Gluten Free Chicken Seasoning, both of which are also low GI (glycaemic index), egg free and dairy free.
